yes, that is what we mean when we say low quality art! No artist is great from birth there is the evolution point. It is the ones that do not try, devart is for building and supporting artists not a modern camera phone ect,. storage house.

And if you like pink and cute stuff that doesn't make you a crappy... photographer, for example.

I am against posting cellphone pictures as ART too. And I think that snapshots belong to scraps. And I don't like to put in the journal my everyday life... And so on.

I just bought a subscription and I am very serious concerning my art. So... I'm with you people!

ive pretty much given up hope, i mean how can we really keep it form happening? i really dont believe the people running this site care about what we, the real artists, think anymore.

i cant count the number of stolen art and "edits" ive reported that have never been removed form DA.
theres an unbelievable amount of miscatting, also seems to fly under everyones radar.

the real problem is that they wont ban someone just for treating DA like myspace. it seems harsh but i think its necessary if they want this to be a serious art site (and i dont think the current administration cares, as i already said) and seem to be understaffed when it comes to monitoring copyright violations.

my biggest piss-point is the massive amount of art theft on this website, not just the crappy wanabe art, but the flatout illegal activity that is practically unfiltered.
